1. Return Window
At ZEYMart.lk, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with
your order, you may return eligible items under the conditions below.
Special Return Windows:
- General Items: 30 days from delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Cosmetics: 30 days, but must be unopened for hygiene reasons
- Electronics & Household Equipment: 30 days with original packaging and accessories.
Non-Refundable Items (Strictly No Returns):
- Live plants (ornamental, herbal, or any other category)
- Live ornamental fish
- Groceries & perishable goods
2. Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original condition and packaging
- Unused and undamaged
- With all original accessories, manuals, and tags intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/order number)
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used cosmetic products (for hygiene reasons)
- Live plants, live fish, groceries (perishable items)
- Plants damaged due to improper care after delivery
- Customized or personalized products
- Digital or downloadable items
- Items damaged by normal wear and tear
- Items returned after the return window expires
4. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us
Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team:

Step 2: Get Return Authorization
We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. This must be included in your return package
Step 3: Package Your Return
- Use the original packaging when possible
- Include RMA number and order details
- Pack items securely to prevent damage during shipping
5. Return Shipping
Defective or Wrong Items
We cover return shipping (prepaid label provided).
Change of Mind / Wrong Size/Color:
Customer pays return shipping. We recommend using a trackable courier.
Customer Returns
For returns due to change of mind or ordering wrong size/color:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Items must arrive at our facility within 7 days of return authorization
6. Refund Process
Processing Time
Once we receive your return:
- We'll inspect the item within 2-3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Refunds appear in your original payment method within 5-10 business days
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Different size (when available)
- Different color/variety
- Defective items
Exchange Process:
- Follow the return process above
- Specify you want an exchange in your return request
- We'll send the replacement item once we receive your return
- Price differences may apply for upgrades
8. Plant & Fish Returns (Important)
- ZEYMart.lk does not accept returns or refunds for live plants or live ornamental fish due to their sensitive nature
- We ensure all items are packed and shipped with care, but once delivered, their survival depends on proper handling and care by the customer.
Plant Care Requirements
Returns are not accepted for plants that die due to:
- Improper watering
- Inadequate lighting
- Temperature extremes
- Pest issues after delivery
9. Groceries & Perishables
Groceries and perishable items are not eligible for return or refund.
10. International Returns
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for international return shipping.
- Items may be subject to customs duties/fees.
- Contact us before returning international orders.
- Some restrictions may apply based on local laws
11. Damaged or Lost Returns
If your return is lost or damaged in transit:
- If a return is lost/damaged in transit, the customer must file a claim with the courier.
- Provide us with tracking information
- We'll work with you to resolve the issue

12. Gift Returns
Items purchased as gifts can be returned:
- Gift items can be returned if accompanied by a gift receipt.
- Refunds for gifts may be issued as store credit.
