6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within Sri Lanka to the locations listed on our website, Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you once the order is handed over to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 3 days of purchase for most items, Returned items must be in original condition and packaging,

Special conditions:

• Live Ornamental and herbal plants / Cosmetics / Ornamental fish– nonrefundable
• Electronics and household equipment – must include all accessories and original packaging.
• Refunds will be processed according to our Return Policy.
