Shipping Options (Domestic – Sri Lanka)
- Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days → Rs.250/= (first 1kg) + Rs.100/= per extra kg
- Express Shipping: Express Shipping: 2-3 business days → Rs.350/= (first 1kg) + Rs.150/= per extra kg
- Overnight Shipping: Overnight Shipping: 1 business day → Rs.400/= (first 1kg) + Rs.150/= per extra kg

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, which includes:

- Inventory allocation and picking

- Carrier pickup scheduling
Special Processing Times:
- Live Plants: 2-3 days (shipped Mon-Wed only)
- Live Fish: 2-3 days (shipped Mon-Wed only)
- Large Tech Items: 2-3 days (special packaging)

10. Lost or Damaged Packages

- Replacement or refund issued after investigation
Damaged Packages:
- Inspect packages upon delivery
- Report damage within 12 hours with photos
- Keep all packaging materials for carrier inspection
